- Dissolve 203.31g magnesium chloride-6H2O (MgCl2-6H2O, Mw=203.31) in 800ml ddH2O.
- Adjust volume to 1 liter with ddH2O.
- Sterilize by autoclaving or filtration.
- Store at room temperature.
