1M DTT - 20ml
- Dissolve 3.085g 1,4-dithio-DL-threitol (DTT, Mw=154.25) in 20ml of 10nM sodium acetate (pH 5.2).
- Sterilize by filtration and divide into aliquots of 1ml.
- Store at -20oC.
