0.05M Tris-HCl - 100ml
Prepare 0.1M Tris:
- Dissolve 12.11g Tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane (Tris, Mw=121.14) in 500ml ddH2O and adjust volume to 1 liter with ddH2O.
- Mix 50ml 0.1M Tris solution with 0.1M HCl and ddH2O as specified in the table below in order to obtain a 100ml solution of 0.1M Tris-HCl with a specific pH.
(Note: it is strongly recommended to check the final pH value with a pH meter).
