TPE (x10) - 1 liter (Tris-Phosphate EDTA)

• Dissolve 108g Tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane (Tris, Mw=121.14) in
  700ml ddH₂O.
• Add 40ml 0.5M Na₂EDTA (pH 8.0) and 15.5ml 85% phosphoric acid
  (H₃PO₄, 1.679g/ml).
• Adjust volume to 1 liter with ddH₂O.
• Store at room temperature.
