SSC (x20) - 1 liter (Saline sodium citrate)

• Dissolve 88.2g 2-hydroxy-1,2,3-propanetricarboxylic acid trisodium salt-2H₂O (sodium citrate-2H₂O, Mw=294.1) and 175.3g sodium chloride (NaCl, Mw=58.44) in 800ml ddH₂O.
• Adjust to pH 7.0 with HCl.
• Adjust volume to 1 liter with ddH₂O.
• Sterilize by autoclaving or filtration.
• Store at room temperature.
