PBS (x10) - 1 liter (Phosphate Buffered Saline)

• Dissolve 2.56g sodium dihydrogen phosphate- H₂O (NaH₂PO₄-H₂O, Mw=138), 22.41g sodium hydrogen phosphate-7H₂O (Na₂HPO₄-7H₂O, Mw=268.1) and 87.65g sodium chloride (NaCl, Mw=58.44) in 800ml ddH₂O.
• Adjust to pH 7.4 with HCl.
• Adjust volume to 1 liter with ddH₂O.
• Sterilize by autoclaving or filtration.
• Store at room temperature.
