Mix the two sodium phosphate solutions with 100ml H2O as specified in the table below in order to obtain a 200ml solution of 0.1M Na-Phosphate with a specific pH. (Note: it is strongly recommended to check the final pH value with a pH meter).
Prepare 0.2M sodium phosphate, mono-sodium salt:
dissolve 27.6g NaH2PO4-H2O (Mw=138) in 500ml ddH2O and adjust volume to 1 liter with ddH2O.Prepare 0.2M sodium phosphate, di-sodium salt:
dissolve 53.62g Na2HPO4-7H2O (Mw=268.1) in 500ml ddH2O and adjust volume to 1 liter with ddH2O.
