Carbonate-bicarbonate (x20) - 200ml

• Dissolve 6.36g Sodium carbonate (Na₂CO_3, Mw=106) and 11.72g Sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO₃, Mw=84) in 150 ml ddH₂O.
• Adjust pH to 9.6 with 10M NaOH.
• Adjust volume to 200ml with ddH₂O.
• Sterilize by autoclaving or filtration.
• Store at room temperature.
